Commercial Siding Options

Your business is unique, both inside and out. The exterior of your business is the first thing that customers see, and first impressions matter. After all, you do not get a second chance to make a first impression. If your exterior is beginning to look drab or you are considering a commercial renovation to your business, contact Division 9 Inc. for a free estimate. We have access to competitive prices on all the latest styles of commercial siding.

Colors to Consider

The color of your siding matters as much as the type of siding. If you plan to move business locations soon, consider a neutral color. Buildings with neutral colors are easier to sell because they are not specific to a particular business. The new owner will have to immediately re-paint or re-do the exterior after purchasing the location if the color is too specific to your business.

Types of Commercial Siding

Every business is different, so there is no “one size fits all” for exterior siding. One of our experienced contractors at Division 9 Inc. can provide a detailed estimate pertaining to each siding option you are interested in.

  1. Stucco Siding

Stucco siding is trendy in warm and dry climates because it is built to last. If you are a business owner in a cooler, wet area of the United States, we do not recommend installing stucco.

  • Aluminum Siding

Aluminum siding is slightly more expensive than vinyl siding and adds character to a business’s exterior. It is fire resistant and non-flammable, can withstand high temperatures so it won’t burn or melt easily, and it’s not affected by cold temperatures. Division 9 Inc. is available to perform periodic maintenance on your aluminum siding.

  • Vinyl Siding

Known as the most cost-effective type of siding, vinyl is available in various colors and styles. It does require periodic maintenance and it may chip or crack depending on your local climate.

  • Fiber Cement Siding

Although fiber cement is a more expensive option than vinyl, it has a longer lifespan and is flame-retardant. Restaurants may consider installing fiber cement siding because it will not burn.
