Quality. The degree of excellence of something. Quality is an easy concept to wrap your brain around. Your work is either good or bad. While there is a grey area when discussing quality in the private sector, it is either black or white when it comes to business. People will either say that your performance was good or bad, and this determines whether or not they will give you repeat business and recommend you to their friends. Division 9 focuses on the quality of their work because in the construction business there is no room for error.
